About the Role:

Davidovich Stone Law Group is seeking a sharp, driven Senior Litigation Attorney to join our team in North Hollywood or Carlsbad, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and litigate a diverse caseload from inception through trial and resolution
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Conduct depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and court appearances
• Develop case strategy, perform legal research, and analyze evidence
• Negotiate settlements and communicate with opposing counsel
• Mentor and supervise junior associates and support staff
• Maintain client relationships through clear, consistent communication and updates

Requirements:

• Strong litigation background, specifically landlord-tenant habitability defense.
• Relevant insurance defense experience involving habitability claims.
• Hands-on litigation experience rather than transactional real estate.
• Minimum 4+ years for junior attorneys and 10+ years for senior attorneys.
• Experience representing landlords, property owners, or insurers in relevant disputes.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines
