Speech Language Pathologist

The speech-language pathologist (SLP) delivers and supervises others in the delivery of services in the areas of communication, cognition and swallowing. Upon physician referral the speech-language pathologist will perform evaluations and develop individual plans of care to maximize functional outcomes, implementing the plans of care, reassessing treatment results, and actively participating in discharge planning. • Master's Degree - Speech/language pathology from an accredited program
• Washington Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
