Junior AccountantAllyn International is in search of a Junior Accountant to grow within our Finance Department in our Fort Myers, FL location. Allyn is a privately held professional services firm established in 1992. We provide high-quality, customer-centric services and solutions for the global marketplace.The Junior Accountant position supports the Finance team with regards to various financial and accounting functions, including but not limited to: client contracts, account receivables and billing, accounts payables, intercompany transactions, reimbursable transactions, financial statements, and general administration tasks. This individual will work closely with the Finance team and operations on AR, AP, and financial statements for AISI, AGTA and possibly ATH. This position will also complete several different audits, be involved in maintaining finance systems (for example: expense reporting system) and provide back-up for the accounting staff. Administrative tasks associated with this position could include, but are not limited to, mail distribution, supply tracking and ordering, and office reception tasks. Essential skills required include initiative, ability to work within a team, organizational skills, accountability, and excellent command of the English language.
