Job Summary Schedule: MonThurs, 6:00am-3:30 PM We are currently looking for a dependable, skilled welder to join our team in the welding area. Mig welding experience is required. This position will be responsible for setting up and operating robotic Mig and Tig welding equipment to fabricate high-quality wire and steel products. Attention to detail, safety awareness, and precision are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate robotic Mig and Tig welding machines according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding diagrams, and work orders to determine welding requirements
• Ensure proper alignment and positioning of parts for welding
• Perform quality checks to ensure welds meet company standards
• Maintain welding equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of Mig welding experience required
• Tig welding experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Proficiency with measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
