Quality Inspector - 1st Shift

Day shift 6am to 6pmMonday to FridayQuality Rate of Pay $16 to $18.00 minimum Bolt Manufacturing Company is looking for a Quality Control candidate with knowledge of a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to work with clients, engineering, and manufacturing departments. Position Overview Assists the Plant Manager in various roles including cost management of poor quality, providing customers with necessary certifications and data, ISO certification including third party audit involvement, providing internal audit data, RMA processing, establishing and following up on part sorting, monitoring customer and internal concerns, supplier controls and development, quality and lean interfaces, problem solving, using tools such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and comparators, and applying knowledge of Statistical Process Control. Requirements 1 year or more of experience in a Manufacturing or Customer Service Quality Department. Ability to solve problems. Capable of analyzing data and creating visual documents, charts, and graphs for reporting. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
