Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, leveraging validated assessment tools and interviews. \n Develop tailored treatment plans based on clients’ individual goals and needs, incorporating evidence-based practices into your therapeutic approaches. \n Facilitate engaging and supportive virtual therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques. \n Assist clients in establishing therapeutic goals, offering support and guidance through the treatment process, and helping them navigate challenges encountered along the way. \n Maintain thorough, timely documentation of therapy sessions using our client management software to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients who may be dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and other mental health conditions.
