Key Responsibilities\n

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and addiction.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and life circumstances, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions through video conferencing platforms, providing ongoing support and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Perform continuous assessments of patient progress, ensuring that clients are on a path toward their therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, encouraging client participation and collaboration.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adults and families from varying backgrounds, many of whom are seeking help for relationship challenges, co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, and life transitions. Our clients are diverse and present with various cultural perspectives, emphasizing the need for culturally competent therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, with a proven ability to motivate and engage clients in their treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to the salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
