Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative - Supervisor San Marin Animal Hospital is growing, and we are excited to welcome an experienced CSR Supervisor to our team! This is a hands-on leadership position focused on overseeing daily front desk workflow, supporting the client service team, ensuring appropriate coverage for breaks and busy periods, and helping create a positive, efficient experience for both clients and patients. You will play an important role in coaching and developing team members, assisting with client complaint resolution, supporting marketing initiatives to help drive business growth, and helping to ensure that hospital policies and client care standards are consistently followed. Our ideal candidate is an emotionally intelligent leader with a genuine passion for mentoring and supporting the growth of their team. We are seeking someone who leads by example, communicates with empathy and professionalism, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced veterinary environment. Schedule and compensation: Compensation:$ 28 - $32 per hour, for each hour worked This is a full-time position with a 4/10 schedule. We are currently open Monday through Friday, but may expand our hours to include Saturdays in the future. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to support, coach, and delegate effectively within a collaborative team environment. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, with a calm and solutions-oriented approach under pressure.
