Role Description

High-touch partner support across two channels
Root cause analysis & troubleshooting complex issues
Cross-functional coordination during escalations
Respond to partner inquiries (features, bugs, ops issues)
Identify trends & provide actionable feedback
Workflow improvement & documentation
Product/issue specialization
Knowledge resource development
Training new employees

Qualifications

3+ years in ops, customer/technical support, or partner management
Proven record resolving complex issues
Global/cross-cultural collaboration
Analytical problem-solving & compliance awareness
Clear written communication (templates, professional tone)
Technical investigations across multiple systems
Navigating ambiguity & low-volume/high-complexity tickets
Collaboration & escalation management
Strong operational judgment
Excellent written English
Excel/data tools proficiency
