Receptionist OpportunityA well-established local bookkeeping and tax practice is seeking a friendly, organized Receptionist to support daily office operations and provide exceptional customer service. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in keeping the office running efficiently throughout the year.What You'll Be Doing:Answer and direct incoming phone callsWelcome and assist clients and visitorsEnter and maintain information in QuickBooksPrepare, organize, and file documentsAssist with general administrative and office tasksSupport the accounting team with clerical projects and special assignmentsSchedule:Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM during most of the yearAvailability for 5+ days per week during tax season (February through mid-April)Additional hours may be required during peak business periodsBenefits:Health insuranceDentalVisionWhat We're Looking For:Previous receptionist, clerical, administrative, or customer service experience preferredBasic knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProfessional and friendly communication skillsAbility to multitask and work independentlyPositive, dependable, and service-oriented attitudeIdeal Candidate:This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and contributing to a small team environment.
