Hybrid Senior Licensing Lead — Strategy & Compliance

BDA, LLC is seeking a Sr. Licensing Manager to lead the licensing function, own the approvals workflow end-to-end, and manage monthly royalty reporting. You will coach a team, oversee licensor relationships, and ensure contract and manufacturer agreement compliance. This role combines strategic planning with detailed financial work, including audits and partnership with Finance.
