Accounts Payable Bookkeeper

Overview Laconia Center is now hiring a full‑time AP Bookkeeper. In this role, you will assist the Business Office Manager. This is a full‑time position, Monday through Friday, and is eligible for medical benefits or modified compensation, which adds an additional 25 % on the base rate of pay. Responsibilities The Accounting Clerk assists with accounts payable, accounts receivable, imprest accounts and resident trust accounts. Who You Are Capable of using standard office equipment and have basic computer skills. Able to interpret and apply departmental procedures. Trustworthy to handle confidential information. Willing to successfully participate in the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the business department. Proficient in building positive working relationships with personnel, patients/residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/pages, and the general public. Qualifications High school degree or equivalent with a minimum of two years’ experience in business office procedures is required.
