Reconstruction Project Manager — Repairs Division Crown Disaster Management · North & Central Georgia Crown Disaster Management is looking for an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to lead residential repair and reconstruction projects following water, fire, storm, and other property damage losses. This role manages projects from $10,000 to $75,000 — coordinating trades, keeping schedules on track, and making sure every job meets the Crown standard for quality and customer care. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple residential reconstruction projects from assignment through completion Coordinate material procurement, inspections, permits, and scheduling Monitor budgets, timelines, job costs, quality, and customer satisfaction Maintain accurate documentation and communication within DASH by CoreLogic or a similar CRM platform You’ll be responsible for coordinating and managing the following trades on every project: Drywall installation and finishing Interior and exterior painting Trim and finish carpentry Cabinet installation and finish work Minor plumbing repairs and installations — sinks, faucets, toilets, tubs, showers, water heaters, fixture hookups, and detach‑and‑reset services Electrical repairs and installations — light fixtures, ceiling fans, switches, receptacles, GFCIs, smoke detectors, exhaust fans, and coordination with licensed electrical contractors when required Roofing repairs — covering replacement, repairs, and decking replacement/repair Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of residential reconstruction, restoration, remodeling, or construction project management experience Demonstrated experience managing projects involving multiple trades Proficiency with CRM platforms; DASH by CoreLogic experience strongly preferred Ability to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and customer expectations Either: (a) the ability to onboard and manage at least three turnkey subcontractor partners capable of performing residential reconstruction services, or (b) an existing network of qualified tradesmen covering drywall, insulation, paint, trim, flooring, cabinetry, plumbing fixture installation, electrical fixture installation, and roofing repairs A portfolio of previously completed projects, including descriptions, photographs, scope of work, project value (when available), and your role in execution Preferred Qualifications Restoration industry experience Knowledge of Xactimate estimating software Experience with permit coordination and inspections IICRC certifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history Ability to pass criminal background screening required for TPA programs and vendor networks Compensation $55,000–$80,000 base salary , commensurate with experience, qualifications, and performance Monthly paid commission on top of base Crown Disaster Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers all qualified applicants without regard to legally protected status. #J-18808-Ljbffr Crown Disaster Management, Inc
