Bilingual HR Coordinator

Position Summary The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team by supporting onboarding, maintaining employee records, managing HR data, and assisting with key HR processes. This role helps ensure employees and leaders receive timely support, information remains accurate, and HR operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and supporting a positive employee experience. This role will work closely with employees, field leadership, and the HR team across the organization. Who You Are Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Enjoys maintaining accurate records and creating efficient processes Communicates professionally with employees at all levels Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Takes ownership, follows through, and looks for ways to improve Values confidentiality, accuracy, and excellent customer service Enjoys supporting employees and being part of a collaborative team Key Responsibilities Support onboarding for new field and office employees, including paperwork, HRIS entry, and onboarding coordination Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS information, and required documentation Assist with employee changes, forms, benefits documentation, and HR processes Support HR reporting, audits, and process improvement initiatives Respond to general employee questions and provide guidance on HR processes Support field employees with HR systems and processes, including BambooHR Manage shared HR inboxes and assist with administrative HR needs Translate HR communications and documents from English to Spanish as needed Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information Qualifications & Requirements 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, administration, office coordination, or a related field preferred Bilingual English/Spanish required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to quickly learn HR systems and technology Experience with HRIS systems, onboarding, or employee documentation preferred Experience in construction, field operations, or a multi-location environment preferred but not required Systems & Tools BambooHR (HRIS) Microsoft Office Suite Plexxis Work Environment Primarily office-based role Occasional job site visits may be required to support employee needs and HR initiatives The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000 (based on skills, experience, and education).
