Development Accountant - Affordable Housing & Construction
Redwood Dev Co
Redwood Development is seeking a Development Accountant to manage the accounting for multiple affordable housing development projects through all stages from acquisition to financing. You will work with development, construction, accounting, legal, and executive teams to handle budgets, draws, lender reporting, and investor funding. The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 3–7 years in real estate development or construction accounting, with strong Excel and preferably Yardi #J-18808-Ljbffr Redwood Dev Co
