Title: Project Coordinator Location Chino, CA 91710 (Hybrid 2 days) Type Contract Duration 12+ Months Pay Rate $40/hr – $47/hr on W2 Shift M-F 8.00 AM to 05.00 PM PST Job Summary We are seeking a Safety Project Coordinator to support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's Safety Management System (SMS). This is a project coordination and analytical role, not a traditional OSHA or compliance-based safety position. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation of Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives across: Risk Management Management of Change (MoC) Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Human & Organizational Performance (HOP) Coordinate multiple projects and track deliverables across cross-functional teams. Analyze, organize, and present complex information using Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Enablon. Partner with Engineering, Project Managers, Field Safety Advisors, and frontline employees. Support change management activities, including communications, training coordination, and process validation. Escalate project risks and issues to leadership when appropriate. Recommend and implement process improvements based on risk assessments and QA/QC findings. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience coordinating multiple projects or business initiatives simultaneously. Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Charts. Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to guide teams through established processes and meet project deliverables. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Safety Management Systems (SMS). Exposure to Management of Change (MoC) or Organizational Change Management (OCM). Experience communicating with senior leaders and executives. Experience within the electric utility or energy industry. Experience with Power BI and Enablon is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Trident Consulting
