Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a difference in the lives of young learners by supporting preschool and school-aged students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Carbon and Lehigh Counties. This role is ideal for those who value variety, collaboration, and the chance to help children succeed across developmental stages. The focus is on itinerant services within preschool early intervention, with the potential to work with PreK through 12th-grade students during the school year. The assignment runs from early July through the following June, aligned with the Early Intervention calendar.

What we're seeking:

• Active Pennsylvania SLP licensure
• Pennsylvania educator credential (Instructional I or II)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience with school-based speech-language services, especially in early intervention and preschool settings
• Flexibility to adapt to changing caseloads and assignments between PreK and high school
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Capable of working on-site (in-person services required)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering speech-language therapy to children in itinerant settings
• Developing and implementing effective, individualized therapy plans
• Conducting evaluations, maintaining accurate records, and participating in IEP meetings
• Collaborating closely with families, educators, and other professionals to support student growth
• Providing services aligned with Early Intervention standards, and adapting to school-aged needs as required
