Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Active provisional or temporary Pennsylvania SLP license is required
• Eligible for or currently completing the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience or strong interest in school-based or early intervention SLP work
• Comfort working with a diverse population from preschool through high school
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Reliable transportation for itinerant service delivery in assigned county

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a preschool caseload, adapting to school-age assignments as needed
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with families, educators, and other professionals to foster students’ communication growth
• Maintain documentation, progress reports, and data in compliance with regulatory standards
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision appropriate for CFY
