Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a difference in the lives of young learners by supporting preschool-aged children through impactful speech-language services. This contract opportunity offers the chance to provide itinerant speech-language intervention for early childhood programs, with flexibility to serve students across PreK–12 as school year needs may shift. Rooted in community engagement throughout Carbon and Lehigh Counties, you’ll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with students, families, and educators in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

What we’re seeking:

• Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Educator credential (Instructional I or II)
• Recent experience delivering speech-language services in school or early intervention settings
• Ability to adapt to varied schedules and assignments, serving both preschool and school-age students as needed
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with children, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Reliable, motivated, and able to commute within either Carbon or Lehigh County

What you’ll do:

• Deliver direct itinerant speech-language services to preschool-aged children through early intervention programs
• Maintain and update individualized plans and progress reports for each student on your caseload
• Collaborate with families, classroom teachers, and supportive team members
• Adjust instructional approaches to best meet the diverse needs of PreK–12 students
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, evaluations, and ongoing professional development
• Maintain accurate records in adherence with program and state requirements
