Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Help shape the future for young learners in Pennsylvania by providing crucial Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) services for preschool and school-age students. This contract role offers the unique opportunity to work in either Carbon County or Lehigh County, supporting early intervention caseloads and adapting to serve students from PreK through grade 12. As an SLP Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) in this setting, you will have the chance to partner with students, educators, and families, making a meaningful impact while developing your professional skills.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active provisional or temporary Pennsylvania SLP License required
• Candidates willing to commute within either Carbon County or Lehigh County
• Ability to provide direct, in-person speech-language services
• Experience or strong interest in preschool early intervention and/or school-age speech therapy
• Adaptability and readiness to serve diverse caseloads (PreK-12) as assignments evolve
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities
• Commitment to full-time contract, 35 hours/week on the Early Intervention schedule (calendar year round)
• Available for assignment from July 2026 through June 2027 (tentative dates)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based therapy for children requiring speech and language intervention
• Maintain clear documentation, reports, and progress notes as required
• Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and families to facilitate student growth
• Travel between school sites as part of the itinerant service model
• Adapt to changing assignments within preschool and school-age programs
