Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' psychological conditions and substance use, identifying any co-occurring disorders to inform treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent in the state of Tennessee.

• Expertise in evidence-based methodologies designed for co-occurring disorders, including Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Demonstrated understanding of the relationship and barriers between mental health and substance use disorders.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with varied professionals within a multidisciplinary team.
