Accounting & Inventory Clerk

A leader in the electronic musical instrument industry is seeking an Accounting/Inventory Clerk to join its growing team. This is a newly created position offering a unique blend of accounting, inventory, logistics, and operations responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of experience who enjoys working cross-functionally, investigating discrepancies, improving processes, and supporting both accounting and supply chain operations. The position will partner closely with Finance, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, and Retail teams, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience and grow within a well-established international organization. What We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience in inventory control, logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, accounting support, or a related field Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and data reconciliation Understanding of inventory transactions, shipping, receiving, returns, and order fulfillment processes Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Experience with ERP, inventory management, warehouse management, or order management systems is a plus Experience within manufacturing, distribution, retail, consumer products, electronics, or related industries is highly desirable What You'll Be Doing: Monitor inventory levels, product movements, transfers, and adjustments across multiple locations Reconcile physical inventory counts with system records and research discrepancies Coordinate cycle counts, inventory audits, and follow-up actions Process inventory transactions including transfers, returns, and adjustments Support month-end and year-end inventory reconciliations Prepare inventory reports and maintain accurate records Partner with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency Serve as a key operational contact for a flagship retail location, helping coordinate orders, replenishment, transfers, and inventory requests Track shipments and communicate updates regarding inventory availability, delays, and fulfillment issues Work with multiple departments to resolve inventory and operational challenges Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and reporting All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
