Position Summary
The Welcome Center, Valet & Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Welcome Center, Valet Services, and Security personnel during assigned shifts. This role ensures compliance with Association policies, safety protocols, and service standards, while serving as the primary on-site supervisory contact. Supervisory experience required

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate Welcome Center, Valet, and Security staff
Ensure staff attendance, punctuality, uniforms, and professional conduct
Provide direction, oversight, and corrective guidance as needed
Serve as escalation point for resident, guest, and vendor concerns
Monitor access control, safety procedures, and incident response
Oversee valet operations, traffic flow, and loading areas
Prepare and submit incident reports, logs, and operational updates
Enforce Association rules and management directives consistently
Communicate operational issues and recommendations to management

Qualifications and Skills
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to manage conflict and emergencies calmly and professionally
Experience in residential, hospitality, security, or valet operations preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Basic computer proficiency and reporting skills

Physical and Work Environment Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to work indoors and outdoors
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
