Your passion for cooking and leadership skills will contribute to the creation of memorable dining experiences for our Guests.What You'll Do:Assist Executive Chef: Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to plan and execute menu items, ensuring consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality.Food Preparation: Participate in food preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring all dishes meet Villa Restaurant Group's standards and specifications.Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff, including line cooks, prep cooks, and kitchen assistants.
