Temporary Prevailing Wage & Certified Payroll Specialist

Temporary Certified Payroll Specialist
We're looking for an experienced Certified Payroll Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. This is a short-term, in-person position based in Canton, focused on helping us get our certified payroll reporting up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete State and Federal Certified Payroll reports accurately and on time
- Verify that temporary labor is being paid at the correct prevailing wage rates
- Review and confirm that Certified Payroll reports submitted by temp labor are filled out correctly
- Enter certified payroll data into various systems, including LCP Tracker, Reunion, DSPTCH, and NY DOL
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of payroll experience, with a focus on Prevailing Wage and/or Certified Payroll
- Demonstrated hands-on experience completing and reviewing Certified Payroll reports
- Proficiency with payroll reporting systems (LCP Tracker, Reunion, DSPTCH, NY DOL, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Nice to Have
- Formal payroll certifications (preferred but not required)
