What You'll Do

As a Remote Member Success Advisor , you'll serve as a trusted resource for members before, during, and after enrollment.

Member Service & Customer Support

• Conduct scheduled virtual appointments through Zoom and phone

• Connect with individuals and families seeking information regarding available benefits

• Listen to each member's needs, priorities, and questions

• Answer benefit and coverage questions clearly and professionally

• Provide personalized service throughout the member experience

• Assist with applicable policy reviews and service requests

• Maintain consistent follow-up communication

• Address questions and concerns professionally and efficiently

• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

️ Benefits Education & Enrollment

Help members understand their available options so they can make informed decisions regarding their family's financial protection.

You'll:

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Review benefit features and coverage options

• Help members evaluate solutions based on their individual needs

• Provide needs-based recommendations

• Guide members through applications and enrollment

• Assist with required documentation

• Help ensure members understand the coverage they select

• Provide continued support after enrollment
