The role drives sales, delivery, and client outcomes across product engineering and cloud modernization, supporting clients as they build, scale, and operate digital products and platforms. A requirement of this role is residency within the assigned market and past consulting or professional services experience. What You’ll Do* Tailors regional capability strategy to market needs.* Ensures our Product Engineering and Cloud, and Data capabilities align with desired client outcomes.Delivery Management* Engages in billable client delivery roles, ensuring high-quality outcomes in product engineering and cloud modernizationGo to Market Approach* Emphasis in Energy and (or) Public Sector industry areas.* Emphasis in AI driven approaches for cloud modernization and migration in AWS including experience in unlocking client opportunities jointly with partners and leveraging partner funding programs.* Ignites awareness and demand for Product Engineering, and Cloud, and Data offerings through campaigns, RFIs, RFPs, workshops, and POCs.* Builds and sustains relationships across target and active client portfolios in your market.* Creates demand by proactively seeking speaking opportunities within the geographic Market as a Capability SME and thought leader at external conferences and events.Business Development and Sales* Partners with client and sales leaders to identify technology-led opportunities, acting as the Solution Lead or Subject Matter Expert during pursuits.* Participates in multi-capability solutioning and outcome-based selling motions with other Go To market leaders.* Collaborates on growth projections, driving revenue performance against forecasts and identify capability health challenges, aligning corrective actions as needed.* Be responsible for an individual P&L target.Resource Pipeline* Participates in hiring, staffing, and workforce planning rhythms for market and or capability teams.People Development* Leads and develops teams through direct and indirect reporting relationships to scale go-to-market impact.* Provides performance feedback on Capability team members supporting pursuits and delivery.What You’ll BringYou possess deep technology delivery and leadership experience, with a passion for building teams and client partnerships. You are skilled as both a strategic leader and hands-on practitioner, with expertise in product engineering, cloud operations, AI-accelerated engineering, and large-scale delivery models. We are open to hiring at two levels. For Director, the targeted base salary pay range for this role is $220,000 to $260,000. For Director, the targeted base salary pay range for this role is $260,000 to $290,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
