Partner Activations Contractor Location: San Francisco, CA - hybrid Employment Type: Temporary, ~6 months FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Schedule: 9 am-6 pm PST; Tues - Thurs in office Must have availability to take meetings on London time. May work overtime and needs to be okay working hours outside a standard 9-5. Job Summary: We're looking for an operations-minded coordinator to run the end-to-end delivery engine for our Partner Delivery programme. In this role, you'll manage the full lifecycle of partner-led engagements from intake and matching to contracts, tracking, and close and build the playbook as you go. Triage and route inbound activation requests to the right partner and package Execute contracts and funding paperwork (SOWs, service agreements, POs) Own a live, multi-party tracker that Sales, Legal, Finance, and partners all rely on Run a weekly review to surface decisions and unblock stalled engagements Draft communications and status updates using AI tools What we're looking for: Background in operations, program coordination, or vendor/procurement ops Hands-on experience with SOWs, service agreements, and purchase orders Proven ability to manage a high-volume tracker and chase artifacts to closure Clear, confident written communicator who can keep many things moving at once Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) as a core part of your workflow Thrives in ambiguous environments where the process is still being defined #J-18808-Ljbffr
