Senior Account Executive, Client Strategy

The Client Strategy team works closely with Business Development to enable every step of the Publisher onboarding process, from early stage demos, migration mapping and testing, to product support, technical troubleshooting, and final handoff of fully onboarded clients to Publisher operations. As a team, we work closely with high value publisher partners, providing strategic recommendations and consultation in a highly responsive context.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be well versed in all things programmatic, with a detailed technical understanding of oRTB, VAST, Mobile SDK, and the entire programmatic CTV ecosystem. You will be the primary lead and contact point for high value publishers as they onboard, responsible for a number of publisher accounts for the duration of their onboarding lifecycle. In the scope of this role, you will be working closely with Business Development leads, Product Managers, and Publisher Operations leads.
In this role you will:
- Be responsible for giving in depth, technical demos of the SpringServe platform
- Work closely with CTV and Mobile In-App publishers, which may comprise media owners, content creators, vMVPDs, hardware manufacturers, etc, to understand their business and technical needs
- Design and implement migration plans, ensuring uninterrupted performance and technical functionality to publishers coming onto the SpringServe platform
- Build close relationships with clients, acting as a technical resource for all things SpringServe during the onboarding process
- Clearly communicate with stakeholders, internal and external, product needs and timelines, setting appropriate client expectations while delivering solutions that allow publisher onboarding
- Understand new and emerging AdTech specifications, keeping pace with new opportunities as they develop
- Work closely with internal teams to handoff fully onboarded accounts while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
We're looking for someone with:
- 6+ years working with advertising technology
- Ad Server and CTV specific experience preferred, including a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape with attention to CTV and Mobile In-App
- Experience working with Mobile SDKs
- Clear and concise communication skills (verbally and in multiple written forms including email, Slack messages, and presentation decks)
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Competencies that make them a collaborative team player
- Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to form strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels within an organization
In California, the base salary range for this role is $115,000 $125,000. In New York, the base salary range for this role is $115,000 $125,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on location, experience, skills, and internal equity. This role is also eligible for: Annual performance-based bonus Equity (NASDAQ: MGNI) Comprehensive benefits package
