Sales Representative - San Fernando Valley - Injury Prevention

Overview Sage Sales Representative at Stryker engages in promoting and selling Sage products. You will drive the sale of innovative products designed to address preventable never-events while maximizing efficiency and profitability for healthcare facilities. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, address inquiries, negotiate pricing, and manage orders. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts to position Stryker’s products effectively in the marketplace. You will have opportunities to exceed sales targets, monitor performance, and collaborate with marketing and support teams to drive business growth. You are driven to solve real problems and improve healthcare for customers and patients. Responsibilities Continue experience in sales or clinical setting. Achieve assigned quota by building and maintaining relationships with key influencers in accounts, distributor contacts, and end-users for continued defense of the base of business. Become the resident Sage expert when working with a sophisticated audience of clinical specialists, nurses, educators, and administrators; leverage knowledge of your products and competitors to build credibility. Demonstrate customer-focused service by collaborating with others, solving problems with a consultative approach, and maintaining honesty and integrity. Drive protocol and process improvement by partnering with customers to enhance outcomes and deliver clinical and financial improvements. Establish yourself as a consultant with a high level of clinical knowledge and healthcare insights. Demonstrate knowledge of marketing, market research, new product development, new product introduction, P&L management, and field testing. What You Need Required: High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree Additional Information A valid driver’s license in the state of residence and a good driving record is required. May be required to move, set up and demonstrate equipment weighing up to 50 pounds; reach, push, or pull to accomplish job accountabilities. Prolonged periods of stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and/or crawling as appropriate. Coordination of eye, hand, and foot movement with cognitive demands including visual and auditory discrimination, memory, reading ability, and memory retention. May handle various materials including fabric, Velcro, zippers, and product components made of rubber, metals, and coated products. This role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses and benefits.
