About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Quality Assurance to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Quality Assurance department, including managing a team of QA specialists and ensuring that all processes meet service level expectations. This role involves a strong focus on compliance, as the AVP will be tasked with ensuring that the team reviews and reports on adherence to company procedures, policies, and directives related to mortgage loan servicing. The AVP will also assist in coordinating QA efforts, including the development of revised scorecards, sampling, and reporting results, as well as following up on remediation. Applicants for the AVP of Quality Assurance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of experience and education. A minimum of 3 years in mortgage servicing, 5 years in quality assurance or risk management, and 5 years in related areas such as foreclosure, escrow, bankruptcy, or customer service is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of the relevant processes, demonstrated experience in influencing teams, and a proven track record of effective management. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage through change.
