Your specific duties will include:Oversee and evolve complex, multi-touch automated marketing campaigns utilizing HubSpot and Q2 Smart.Serve as the primary visionary and lead for our organic search ecosystem, adapting to cutting-edge Search and Answer Engine Optimization (SEO/AEO) paradigms.Spearhead the digital experience strategy for major 2H26 initiatives, including a high-priority new investment product launch tailored to the golden 55+ demographic.Provide high-level creative direction and strategic vision to our in-house web designer to execute frictionless, conversion-optimized user journeys.Manage the internal execution team and design the holistic pre-, live, and post-event communication architecture to optimize member acquisition and retention.Required qualifications for the position include:15+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and marketing innovation.Expert-level familiarity with HubSpot and financial marketing platforms like Q2 Smart.A proven track record of managing high-budget external agency partnerships, with a reputation for demanding and maintaining elite vendor performance.Preferred qualifications for the position include:Experience within financial services (fintech, banking), wealth management, or a credit union environment is highly preferred.Deep understanding of consumer psychology, specifically regarding financial products and the 55+ demographic.Pay Rate Range: $48.00 - $50.00 an hour Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.
