Project Manager (Capital Improvement / Construction)

Opportunity to join an industry-leading company and support multiple small-scale capital improvement / store construction projects in the planning & execution phases, as a part of larger enterprise initiatives. Responsibilities include project management/coordination, data analysis, scheduling, research, inventory management, vendor coordination, customer support, and process improvement.

This is a 12-month contract (possibility of extension or conversion to perm).

This team works fully in-office (Mon-Fri) in the Vinings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect & compile info from field store partners to support project creation
• Audit project readiness
• Serve as a liaison between field teams & cross-functional partners to ensure all project milestones & tollgates are met
• Place labor, outbound, & direct-to-store orders
• Support field partners with scheduling & resolution of one-off issues
• Manage post-reset implementation activities to ensure successful execution

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years in Project Management (full lifecycle, including scope)
• Experience with Retail, Construction, or Capital Improvement projects
• Intermediate Excel skills - VLOOKUP, Pivot tables
• Experience interacting with cross-functional partners or vendors/suppliers
• Detail-oriented, organized, & excellent communication skills
