About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Corporate Controller to play a pivotal role in the financial governance and infrastructure of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a scalable financial governance framework, establishing strong internal controls, and enhancing the company's treasury and cash management processes. This role is not limited to traditional accounting operations; it requires a strategic partner who can lead the development of financial infrastructure to support a multi-entity global business and ensure operational excellence through process improvement and the effective use of technology. Candidates for the VP, Corporate Controller position at the company should be Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) with a proven track record in financial leadership, particularly in complex and multi-entity business environments. Experience in treasury, cash management, and driving operational improvements is essential. The role demands a professional with strong business acumen, capable of influencing and partnering with senior leadership. While not mandatory, experience in consumer products, licensing, intellectual property, or similar revenue environments, as well as a background in international operations and entrepreneurial organizations, is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at identifying and managing risks, and will foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the finance and accounting function.
