Licensed Case Manager - Addiction Treatment Counselor

Gabriel Group is seeking a Case Manager to take primary responsibility for managing an assigned caseload. The role includes assessment, treatment planning, individual and group counseling, charting, discharge planning and coordination with referring agents and payers. Requirements include Texas licensure (LCDC/LPC/LCSW or other qualified credentialed counselor), experience with chemically dependent patients, and a Human Services degree is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gabriel Group
