Customer Service Representative II

Description:
Job Purpose
Provide communications facilitation between external customers and the sales force and provide first point of contact for external customers and the sales force to reach internal *** personnel.



Your responsibilities will include:
Triage and respond to external customer and sales rep calls though 1-800-CARDIAC and 1-800-CARDREP.
Send messages from internal/external customers to the Client sales force by pagers, cell phones, home phones, etc.
Escalate and close pages via backups, if required.
Maintain a professional presence in all situations by asking and providing information per procedures.



Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities:
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.



Required qualifications:
HS Diploma/GED Diploma required.
1 Year with associate in arts degree/diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience.
24/7 call center first point of contact
Ranges from 60-80 calls per day
First point of contact (triage calls)
Most of our calls are HCP, Pt, Page reps
