Production Coordinator

Production Operations Coordinator Location: New York, NY (Onsite/Hybrid as applicable) UMG is seeking a Production Operations Coordinator to support end-to-end production and order management activities. This role will oversee purchase orders, inventory tracking, shipment coordination, vendor communications, and ERP updates to ensure timely product delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage and track purchase orders, inventory, and shipments from production through delivery Maintain accurate records in Navision (Microsoft Dynamics) or similar ERP systems Monitor goods in progress (WIP), inbound/outbound shipments, and delivery schedules Coordinate with vendors, factories, logistics partners, and internal teams Process goods receipts, invoices, and billing activities Create and maintain SKUs, product setup pages, and purchase orders Generate reports and maintain tracking dashboards Required Skills Experience with Navision (Microsoft Dynamics) or similar ERP systems Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs Experience with order management, inventory tracking, logistics, or supply chain operations Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Experience supporting retail, consumer products, apparel, or production operations environments #J-18808-Ljbffr SPECTRAFORCE
