Work Environment\n

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the emotional, behavioral, and social needs of students.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to students experiencing acute mental health challenges or emergencies, ensuring they feel safe and supported.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices to track student progress and treatment outcomes.

Your primary focus will be students in the Salinas area who are facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related stress. By addressing their unique needs, you will play an essential role in improving their academic performance and overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a closely related field is required.

• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license from the state of California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
