Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to craft tailored treatment plans that meet clients' individual needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities designed to support individuals, couples, families, and groups in navigating their mental health challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to promote holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations in counseling practice.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated with current research and advancements in the mental health field through workshops and trainings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse range of clients, each with their unique backgrounds and life experiences. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
