Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional Front Desk Clerk to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

 

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments
  • Welcome and greet clients with a warm, positive attitude
  • Maintain an organized and clean reception area
  • Assist with client check-in and check-out
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries
  • Support daily office operations as needed

 

Qualifications

  • Professional appearance and clean physical presentation
  • Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and phones
  • Customer service or receptionist experience is preferred but not required
