This is a permanent on‑site position for a Permanent Mortgage Loan Processor at a top 5 home builder. The salary is $59,000 – $62,000 per year. Job Details The position is permanent and onsite, with room for growth. No specific processing experience is required; however, at least 2 years of experience handling mortgage loan files and closing paperwork is preferred. Responsibilities Review and verify loan applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to obtain additional information and clarify discrepancies. Prepare and maintain loan files from opening to closing. Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified, and compliant with company policy. Update and verify data in the loan processing system as needed. Coordinate with the closing department for a smooth transition and timely closing. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with all internal and external customers. Keep up to date on mortgage industry trends, developments, regulations, and laws. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor or a related role in the mortgage industry. Knowledge of mortgage loan products, loan documents, and closing paperwork. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain strong relationships. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in mortgage loan processing software and related computer applications. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proactive problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
