Traveling Electrical Project Manager

Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a Traveling Electrical Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of commercial electrical construction experience. This critical leadership role is responsible for providing direction to project teams and completing projects on time while maintaining a high level of quality, safety, and customer loyalty. The Traveling Electrical Project Manager will be ultimately responsible for day‑to‑day execution, project controls, project engineering, cost, risk, and business management of assigned projects, working closely with all project team members and senior leadership. Responsibilities Supervisory Responsibilities : Manage all project team members (Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Field Office Coordinators). Mentor, develop, and train team members for fast‑paced growth. Duties and Responsibilities : Demonstrate understanding and enthusiastic agreement with the vision and mission of EIG. Provide 100% detailed/hands‑on knowledge of project scope. Control cost, billings, and collections for the assigned project. Act as the key point of contact with owner and architect. Challenge and support job site and self‑perform work teams. Account for project completion and financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction. Required Skills and Abilities Excellent listening and communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve complex issues. Ability to create and support team morale. Demonstrated understanding of building processes and systems. Complete understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Prolog or similar), accounting cost management software (CMIC or similar), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar). A strong work ethic and a “can‑do” attitude. Education and Experience 5+ years of Project Management within Electrical Commercial Construction. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Experience running multiple complex, highly technical projects preferably within DPR’s core markets. Physical Requirements Travel to and from the office and assigned job site(s). Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
