About this role
An established Philadelphia-based defense firm with offices in Pennsylvania and New Jersey is adding an insurance defense associate. You will carry real files in a collaborative, mentorship-driven group where partners teach and associates advance, at a firm that values entrepreneurial, client-focused attorneys who want a long-term career.
What you will do
Handle discovery, motion practice, depositions and trial preparation on insurance defense matters
Communicate directly with carriers, adjusters and insureds
Work alongside partners on case strategy from pleadings through resolution
What we are looking for
Pennsylvania AND New Jersey bar admission (both active)
3–5 years of insurance defense experience
Strong litigation, discovery, motion practice and client communication skills
Ability to work in a collaborative and mentorship-driven environment
Compensation: $120,000–$145,000, depending on experience.
