The Gregg Englebreth Agency is expanding and seeking a sales-dominant Life & Health Sales Specialist with proven experience selling life and health products. This is a production-driven role for a confident closer who thrives on consultative selling, objection handling, and consistently hitting goals. You will focus on new business production and cross-selling to existing clients—conducting needs analyses, presenting solutions, and closing policies that protect families while driving strong commission income.

What You'll Do

• Drive new life and health sales through outbound calls, referrals, and warm leads
• Conduct in-depth needs analyses to identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions
• Present, explain, and close life and health policies with confidence
• Cross-sell life and health to existing P&C customers
• Manage a sales pipeline and follow up persistently to convert opportunities
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Build long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
• Stay current on products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends

Pennsylvania Licensing Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Life, Accident & Health license required prior to starting
• Prior documented sales experience in life and health is required
• Property & Casualty license is a plus (not required for this role)
• Ongoing compliance and appointment requirements must be maintained

What We're Looking For

• Proven life & health sales producer with a track record of closing
• Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and goal-based production
• Clear, confident communicator who can explain complex products simply
• Highly organized with disciplined follow-up habits
• Experience in insurance or financial services sales required
