This role involves assisting in the implementation of treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for all clients. **Position Responsibilities:*** Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans under the supervision of licensed mental health professionals.* Monitor and document patient behavior, vital signs, and progress, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to the clinical team.* Provide direct care and support to patients, including assistance with daily activities, therapeutic exercises, and crisis intervention as needed.* Facilitate group therapy sessions and recreational activities designed to enhance social skills and emotional well-being.* Maintain a safe and clean environment in compliance with health and safety regulations and facility policies.* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and continuous care for patients.* Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health care.* Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions and documentation.## Qualifications**Required Education:*** High school diploma or equivalent is required.* An associate's or bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred.* CPR Certification**Required Experience:*** Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a mental health setting, such as a psychiatric hospital, residential treatment center, or similar environment.* Experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.* Familiarity with mental health disorders and treatment plans.* Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of cultural competency in mental health care.**Required Skills and Abilities:*** Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.* Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-stress situations.* Proficiency in documenting patient interactions and maintaining accurate records.* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.* Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with a strong commitment to supporting individuals with mental health challenges.* Basic computer skills, including familiarity with electronic health records systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr We Level Up Treatment Center Co
