Business Support Coordinator

Maintains recurring financial, operational, and management reports by updating templates, compiling information, and distributing reports to stakeholders. Assists with forecast and budget administration by collecting submissions, updating planning files and systems, and tracking completion of required deliverables. Maintains planning calendars, schedules, distribution lists, and supporting documentation for forecasting, budgeting, month-end, and other departmental activities. Coordinates meetings, prepares materials, and distributes agendas, reports, presentations, and follow-up communications. Tracks deadlines and deliverables, follows up with departments as needed, and escalates overdue items to management. Maintains department records, files, process documentation, and reporting archives. Assists with special projects and other administrative or operational activities as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned.
