This is more than a traditional sales role. We are looking for someone who understands how lasting business relationships are built — through trust, consistency, market knowledge, and long-term partnership development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s client base, strengthening industry relationships, and identifying new commercial construction opportunities. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies to support company growth across Central Florida Identify, pursue, and help secure new commercial construction opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, brokers, and industry partners Represent the company at networking events, industry organizations, conferences, and client meetings Collaborate closely with executive leadership, operations, estimating, and preconstruction teams Track market trends, upcoming projects, and industry activity to identify strategic opportunities Support proposal development, presentations, and client pursuit strategies Maintain long-term client relationships through consistent communication and follow-through Help strengthen the company’s reputation and visibility throughout the Orlando and broader Central Florida market Qualifications 7+ years of business development, client relations, or construction industry experience preferred Strong network and established relationships within the commercial construction industry in Central Florida Experience working with commercial, private, public, and/or development-sector clients Proven ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills Strong understanding of the commercial construction process and market dynamics Self-motivated professional with strong organizational and strategic thinking abilities Ability to represent the company professionally and confidently at a high level Why This Opportunity?
