Office Operations Coordinator

American Biosystems, Inc. is a small family-owned company that is looking for an Office Operations Coordinator who embodies a "whatever-it-takes" mindset. From administrative support to ensuring supplies are stocked, you view no task as too big or too small. If you have excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude and love keeping an office running smoothly, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

·        Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workspace daily.

·        Answer incoming calls and handle digital and physical correspondence.

·        Inventory office supplies, place orders, pack in-house orders and make shipping arrangements.

·        Provide ad-hoc support to fellow associates (President, Controller and Microbiologist) including data entry, research, and filing.

·        Deliver air shipments to airport, pickup lab supplies and urgent office errands as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

·        Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

·        Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting.

·        Effective time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

·        Personal assistant experience is a plus.

·        Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

·        Experience with Quickbooks Pro Desktop is a plus.

·        Must be willing and able to lift 25 lbs.
