Customer Success Specialist - Dental Industry

Remote (United States) Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 per year, based on experience About the Role This role is focused on driving customer growth, retention, and long-term success across a portfolio of dental practices. The Customer Success Specialist will serve as a strategic partner to clients, helping them maximize value, increase adoption of digital workflows, and expand usage across available solutions. This position owns the full lifecycle of active accounts and plays a key role in improving performance, identifying expansion opportunities, and strengthening customer relationships. The role also contributes to building scalable processes and best practices as the customer base grows.
