Work Environment\n

This role is positioned within a structured but flexible remote work environment that encourages work-life balance, allowing you to thrive both personally and professionally. While the core working hours will be between 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday to Friday, we provide options for 4x10 or 5x8 shifts to accommodate the diverse schedules of our staff. Our facility also offers supportive resources and communication tools to foster team collaboration and engagement with clients receiving care from home.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet specific client needs.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews with clients to gather and interpret intricate social, personal, environmental, and health information which can aid in diagnosing mental health conditions.

• Evaluate and treat various psychological issues within your scope of practice, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
\n
• Develop and coordinate programs and activities aimed at meeting clients' emotional and social needs, ensuring quality of care.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral health interventions, addressing issues such as anxiety and depression, and provide referrals to community resources as necessary.
\n
• Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships built on mutual respect, acceptance, and trust, fostering insight and growth.
\n
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment services and document clinical findings accurately to maintain up-to-date client records.

• Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring timely updates to case documentation and reflective of services rendered.

• Provide individual clinical counseling and be open to taking on additional duties as assigned to aid organizational needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve patients facing end-of-life challenges, those managing chronic mental health conditions, and families navigating grief and loss. Our clients often require compassionate support with emotional and social complexities, demanding sensitivity and expertise in trauma-informed care approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas is mandatory.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical social work or a closely related field is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated expertise in providing treatment for behavioral health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, alcohol and drug dependence, and issues related to family dynamics.

• Previous experience in hospice settings or with patients receiving palliative care will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 85,000 and 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
